Hi,

For the Eon/Eoff of 1200V SiC MOSFET family, how is the loop inductance of the CIL test fixture? And did the dynamic characterizatioin performed on the buck-boost evaluation kits? Or other specific CIL test fixture?

    Greetings. The 1200V MOSFETs are not characterized in the buck boost board. The pcb that the CIL tests are run on has a loop inductance of approximately 27.1nH.
