Hi. I am trying to model the CAS380M17HM3 Silicon Carbide, Half-Bridge module and I would like to know if it is possible to obtain the physical characteristics of the device (Length, width, Rd, RS, VTO, KP, Gamma, etc). Thank you very much.”
