Hi

I have a stupid quetion. Whether the creepage distance of C3M0900170D is enough? what can I do to increase the creepage distance between drain and source ? thanks.

    Hello

    The distance between the drain and source pins has a worst case value of 2.55mm based on the package design. The easiest way to increase this distance or remove it entirely would be to add isolating "sleeves" or shrink tubing on the drain-source leads. This is common practice in power electronics assembly
