I am a graduate student in the field of power electronics and I would like to obtain a step-type model of the CAS300M17BM2 module that includes internal keys and wires, for the purpose of extracting parasitic inductance.

    Hi KK1,

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide the internal CAD of the module without an NDA in place. For graduate work, I would recommend purchasing the module of interest and tearing it down to reverse engineer the internal structure and simulate the parasitic inductance. You could also verify your simulation results via measurement before tearing down the module.
