Hello,

I would be interested to know whether it is possible to measure the NTC temperature sensor output at the switches in case one does not use the gate driver card (the gate signal is provided with an external function generator). I am using MODMBHB0900V40A motherboard together with the CGD1700HB2MUNA gate driver and MODPWRMMC3M0045065K daughter card is being tested.

If it is possible what would be your recommendations on the setup for such a measurement?

    Greetings Nils:

    The C3M0045065K package power daughter card does not come equipped with an NTC. Only the power daughter cards with SMD devices such as TOLL and TO-263-7L come with NTCs installed on the daughtercard.

    Gate driver cards such as the CGD1700HB2M-UNA do have provisions for measuring NTCs and converting the resistance to temperature and reporting it to the optional control card and graphical user interface (GUI).
