Hello,
for a project using power SiC MOSFET package GM3 and GM4. I need to design a liquid cooler optimized for the installation space. Is there any data available on the layout of semiconductor chips and NTC in the power module? The goal is to design a cooler so that the semiconductor chips are cooled as best as possible. The layout is important to me both for thermal simulations of the cooler's functionality and for designing the overall mechanical design of the power converter.
