Please note that while the minimum and maximum values for Ciss, Coss, and Crss are not specified in our datasheet, we do provide typical capacitance values at 800 VDS, 100 kHz. For a more comprehensive understanding, I encourage you to review Figures 8 and 9 in the datasheet, which illustrate the capacitance versus voltage profiles in detail.

Customer understand that Ciss, Coss, and Crss change depending on the VDS, but the customer would like to know how much they change at 800 VDS.This data is not available?

Unfortunately, we do not provide minimum and maximum values for Ciss, Coss, and Crss at 800 VDS. We only lists the typical values for these parameters under the specified conditions.
