Hello

I am trying to simulate ECB2R1M12YM3 using the circuit parameters attached(with fixed heat sink temp at 25C.

However, I am unable to do so because of the simulation error. Could you please help?

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We are currently working on a solution. In the meantime, I have attached the updated offline simulation of the inverter for you to use. You can download our PLECS models here LTspice and PLECS Models (https://www.wolfspeed.com/tools-and-support/power/ltspice-and-plecs-models/) and I have also attached the PLECS model for ECB2R1M12YM3 it here.     Thanks. Please update me after the problem solves. We are trying to investigate approximate loss on the device for the contionous duration. As we don't have PLECS, we need to know some rough estimate with the help of this tool before proceed.
