I have received a request from a customer to provide data on the physical properties of your 4H-SiC.

Can you provide data on the following three properties?

1) Thermal conductivity [W/(m x K)]:

2) Density [kg/m^3]

3) Specific heat [J/(kg x K)]

The customer's objective is to simulate thermal and stresses.

    Thanks for your inquiry. Below is the information on the thermal properties that you requested.

    1) Thermal conductivity [W/(m x K)] = 342

    2) Density [kg/m^3] = 3.21

    3) Specific heat [J/(kg x K)] = 552.42
