Does SpeedFit calculation there results with the typical or max. values of the Mosfet/Diode?

    Hello,

    SoeedFit uses the typical curves as shown in the datasheet to model the devices. Design margin should be included in the final implementation to ensure reliable operation under all application conditions and device parameter variations.
