I downloaded the Wolfspeed_SPICE_Models.zip file and extracted the contents. I have the following file that I need:

Wolfspeed Power C4D Packaged SPICE Model Library.lib

The PDF instructs, I should copy the LTSPICE symbol (XXXX.asy) file in the schematic folder. However, I cannot because the symbols folder is empty. So, I cannot get the simulation to work.

Where are the LTSPICE Symbols for the CD4xxxxx components?

Please advise.

-BobT
