We use proprietary methods to guarantee stable operation of the body diode. Since the body diode reliability is related to the silicon carbide material, rather than a given product, we do not carry out testing on every product qualification. 

Our ‘screening procedure’ (to make sure of stable body diode operation) is proprietary but whatever we are doing shows it is effective & we pass 1000 hours of BDOL tests for 10KV MOSFET. Attached is a paper we published on body diode reliability test.
