KIT-CRD-CIL17N-HM3's bus parasitic inductance (Lbus) and parasitic resistance (Rbus)

Hello,

I am currently using the KIT-CRD-CIL17N-HM3 evaluation board. To build a transient model of the half-bridge module's switching process, I need the bus parasitic inductance (Lbus) and parasitic resistance (Rbus) values for this board. Could you please provide these values and explain how they were obtained?

This information is crucial for my work. Thank you very much for your assistance!!!!!

    You can export the design files into your FEA tools to determine the parasitic parameters, specifically the parasitic resistance (Rp) and parasitic inductance (Lp).
