Hello there,

I am looking for the stencil files for TIM application to the following power modules:

  • CAB450M12XM3
  • CAB760M12HM3

Can you please assist with this inquiry?

    Hi Parsa,

    Here are the TIM stencil files for the XM3 and HM3:

    XM3 TIM Stencil.zip
    HM3 TIM Stencil.zip

    We typically recommend a stencil thickness of 0.006" or 6 mils.
