Hi,
Please support the simulation MODEL, PCB, SCHEMATIC, SYMBOL and FOOTPRINT for the below mentioned full bridge SIC MOSFET Modules.


1) CAB011M12FM3T - 1.2kV, 117A

2) CBB011M12GM4T- 1.2kV, 100A

3) CAB011A12GM3T- 1.2kV, 141A


I visited the website and got a bit confused with the multiple files, will you please share the exact files for these two modules which meet the Simulation MODEL, PCB, SCHEMATIC, SYMBOL and FOOTPRINT. 

We need to import the Module model and simulate in ALTIUM SPICE and ORCAD PSPICE.
