SpeedFit Design Simulator

Hi everyone, I'm trying to use SpeedFit Design Simulator for a 3-Level Flying Capacitor Boost Converter, I'm not sure if there is an error or not but in the simulation results it is shown a Device Voltage (V) equal to the output voltage but it should be equal to half of it. I'm wondering if the plot is labeled incorrectly or if there is a problem in simulating this kind of topology. Does anyone have an idea?

Hi matteo_rosatti,
Thanks for bringing this up! You’re correct that the voltage across the switches should ideally be half of the output voltage. However, in this case, it appears that the flying capacitor is not maintaining the expected voltage level, which is why the MOSFET voltage is shown as equal to the output voltage. This behavior can occur due to how the capacitor is balancing in the simulation. We are currently looking into this and will update you as soon as we have more insights.
Appreciate your patience, and thanks again for pointing it out!
