Footprint for CCB032M12FM3

Hello,

I am looking for a footprint and possibly a schematic for the CCB032M12FM3 module to use on my PCB. Preferably for KiCad application, if not, Altium design files may work as well.

I found this module from the CRD07500AA12N-FMC reference design. I am also wondering if there is a heat sink footprint from this reference design as well that may be shared with me, the part number is 94DN-02000-A-200.

    Thank you for your interest in these products. I attached the requested Altium footprints. Please note that these footprints are available in the CRD07500AA12N-FMC download files. Also, the module footprint hole diameter is intended for press-fit operation. If you are planning to solder the pins of the module, you will need to enlarge the pin diameters. Please see the WolfPACK mounting guide for more information about this.
