  1. I'm simulating the spice model of CAB6R0A23GM4 in a double-pulse test circuit. I'm facing an error when I run the simulation in LTspice. I've attached the screenshot of the error I'm facing. I request your support to fix this error. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Hi there. Sorry about this issue — LTspice has received several major updates recently that has introduced changes into syntax and has caused issues with some of the models. Could you please provide me the model files you are using and the version of LTspice you are on?

    Thanks,

    Brian

    Hello,

The latest versions of the SPICE models on our website should fix any issues with the newest LTspice. Please ensure that your LTspice is updated to 24.1.5. You will need to use the alternate solver for the simulation to converge.

    Thanks,

    Brian
