When I was using CGD1700HB3P-HM3, I met some problems and hope to get your answers
The driver board has only NTC-P and NTC-N pairs of pins, but the input has two thermistor signals of NTC1 and NTC2. Which thermistor does this pair of pins correspond to?

    Hi Emma,

    NTC 1 and NTC 2 refer to the two nets of the one thermistor located inside the HM3 module.

    So the NTC-P and NTC-N differential pair on the gate driver represents the temperature from this one NTC.

    Thank you for your reply. Could you please clarify whether the thermistor refers to the junction temperature of the upper bridge arm or that of the lower bridge arm?

    "Thank you for the question. We have recently released a thermal app note detailing the performance of the NTC and the implications of trying to measure the junction temperature using the NTC. It is much more thermally coupled with the case than it is the junction; so thermal events and interfaces taking place at the case such as cold plate flow rate and TIM quality, affect the sensitivity and accuracy of the NTC reading.
