Hello,

I am looking for the dynamic characteristic data sets (Vds,Id,Vgs) of C2M0025120D and C3M0015065K to use as my experimental data, but I could only find some curves of the dynamic characteristics in the data table

any help would be appreciated.

    Hello A_goal,

    Can you please elaborate on what other dynamic characteristics you're looking for? You can either extract the data from the datasheet curves using image processing or please download our LTSpice models from here and do a SPICE simulation to extract the data. Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you!
