Hello

We are currently working on building PCB proto boards based on new CRD60DD12N-GMB design for developing offboard EV Fast chargers from 60KW to 360KW and above.

We would appreciate access to the TMDSCNCD280039C controller firmware to accelerate our development process.

    Hello Sanath,

    Due to the higher complexity of the firmware compared to our inverter reference designs, we are not publicly sharing the firmware at this time. The reference design can still be used as a hardware starting point and for identifying best practices for SiC power module layout.
