Hello,

I'd like the below data for the C3M0900170J transistor:
1) Lifetime vs Junction Temperature at a set Drain Source Voltage around 1500V.
2) Lifetime vs Junction Temperature for different Gate voltages (15V, 18V). Essentially what's the impact of the gate voltages on the lifetime of the SiCFeT.
