Want to design full fetch switch mode amplifier, configuration will be full bridge, switching frequency atleast 500KHz,available bridge supply 400volts, after full bridge need to put a LPF(LC type) to extract sine wave signal which should have peak to peak 350Vpp, required output power 100watt . suggest the possible module for this design, heat sink design, gate driver module and safety protocols.

    Hello Potential,

    With only 100 W of output power required, your application will be better served with 650 V discrete components. I would recommend selecting the highest RDS-on option available (the 120 mΩ device), which will be the lowest cost and exhibit the lowest switching losses.
