Recently I have purchased the C3M0016120D SiC MOSFET. The static operation gate-source voltage of the device is -4/+15 V. What is the suitable gate driver module, that gives highest level of modularity and compatible voltage levels? At the input I want to feed ingle ended 3.3-5 volt PWM logic.

If you're looking for a single-channel and single ended gate driver module, you can consider CGD15SG00D2 to use with C3M0016120D.
If your application is using the device in half bridge configuration, you can also consider a list of gate drive cards below:
However, all these gate drive cards use differential signals to enable high noise immunity. If you prefer to work with single-ended signals, CGD12HB00D transceiver board can help you achieve the conversion.
