    Hello, I am from China. My project focuses on an academic research exploring the performance of SiC power modules, which is based on a novel manufacturing process. I have successfully developed an SiC power module integrated with a gate driver. To optimize the layout design and thermal management, I need the specific dimensions of the chip—these parameters are critical for electro-thermal-mechanical simulation and subsequent optimization. Your prompt reply would be greatly appreciated.
