Dear Wolfspeed,

I was wondering whether you have an estimate for the heatsink thermal resistance with and without the use of the fans for the SpeedVal™ Kit TO-247-4 Power Daughter Card MODPWRMMC3M0045065K in combination with the half bridge motherboard MODMBHB0900V40A?

    Greetings:

    We don't have numbers for natural convection. We characterized the full stack-up (heatsink, thermal insulator) and can share those numbers. While dissipating a total of 60W, the thermal impedance from case to ambient (R_ca) for each MOSFET position is approximately 2.5C/W.
