The following code exists in the spice model of the C3M0350120D product:

R_g g1 g2 {Rgint}

RG g ga 31.083m

Lg ga g2 6.8245n

I would like to know the physical meanings of what R_g, RG, and Lg stand for, respectively. the datasheet gives an explanation of the R_g as an internal gate resistor, so please ask for the exact Which part of the resistor is it?

    Hello,

    Here are the physical meanings of the components you asked about:

    • R_g: Internal gate resistance (related to gate runners)
    • RG: Lumped resistance from gate leads and bond wires
    • Lg: Lumped inductance from gate leads and bond wires

    I hope this answers your question! If you have any further queries, please feel free to ask.

    Regards
