Hi,

I don't recall having this problem with older versions of LTSpice but when I try and run with wolfspeed model of C2M0045170D I get the following (see below). Any ideas ? Thanks Joe

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There was a typo in the netlist that caused the error in LTspice 24. I have corrected the issue in the attached model.
