Hi,

CAB5R0A23GM4, CAB6R0A23GM4 - for these power modules case isolation voltage(rms) is given in the datasheet as shown below. Can you please mention the VDC value for the same. Also, can you please suggest the max. operating frequency of these modules.

    Per Section 14 of UL 1557 Ed. 7, in lieu of an AC dielectric voltage-withstand test, a DC potential equal to 1.414 times the specified 40 – 70 Hz potential may be used instead. 

    The maximum operating frequency of the modules will vary based on system architecture and thermal management. Figure 22, “Typical Output Current Capability vs. Switching Frequency (Inverter Application)”, of the datasheet will likely serve as a good starting point. Additionally, you may be interested in Wolfspeed's SpeedFit™ Design Simulator and LTspice and PLECS Models as you plan your design.
