    Hello MikeH,

    I attached the STEP file. Please note that the CAB7R5A23GM4 and CAB7R5A23GM4T modules are identical except for the pre-applied thermal interface material (TIM). For future reference, many of our power module STEP files (including this one) can be downloaded directly from the Wolfspeed website. I provided an example picture below indicating how to navigate to the downloads.
