Hi,

I would like to know what Wolfspeed's recommended thermal interphase material is for the CAB6R0A23GM4T power module. Although I have procured the part with pre-applied TIM, I want to know from you what the best off-the-shelf TIM product is suitable for this power module incase I need to reapply the TIM material.

    Hi Prathik,

    Wolfpack pre-applied TIM parts use PTM6000HV from Honeywell. It is mentioned on page 19 here.

    This user guide discusses in detail about the selection of TIM materials. There are a lot of products available out there and it is simply impossible for us to validate each one of those, hence we limit ourselves to recommending PTM6000HV.
