Can you provide schematic, BOM, PCB layout files for reference design

    Sorry that the TD-70-120VDC-120VAC-5kW is designed by third party Telcodium, our SIC Mosfet C3M0015065K used in the reference design. we do not have the schematic, BOM, PCB layout files either. we would like you can contact our local SALES/FAE if they can help on the solutions.
