This is a request for PLECS thermal models of the these 2 Gen-4 6-pack modules: ECB2R1M12YM4 and ECB1R6M12YM4.

    Hi gSu,

    Here are the two models requested in the "MOSFET with Diode" format:

    ECB1R6M12YM4.xml
    ECB2R1M12YM4.xml

    If you would like to use the legacy format (separate MOSFET and body diode models, which is generally not recommended), we do include it in our download: All PLECS Device Models

    Occasionally, Chrome will cash a previous version of the download, but opening the link in a private / incognito window can be used to eliminate this issue.
