Hello

I would like to add this module to the PLECS simulation. When I add a thermal description for the MOSFET with diode, the model CHB011M12GM4 is not available in the library. Why is this?

    Hi Stephen,

    I just double checked our model from the website and it seems to be working fine for me. Can I ask what version of PLECS you are using? I am using 4.9 and it works without issue.

    This model uses the alternate gated off conduction loss table for the body diode losses. Perhaps this is not supported in the older version of PLECS that you have?

    One of the great features added in 4.9 is that when refreshing your thermal library, it will show any errors during parsing (here is one I purposely created for demonstration):

    I am guessing the easiest solution for you would be to update your software, but if there is something else going on, I'd be happy to work on a solution for you.
