Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a power electronics design that requires the C3M0015065K SiC MOSFET from Wolfspeed. However, I was unable to find an LTspice-compatible SPICE model for this part on the official Wolfspeed website.

This model is critical for my circuit simulation work in LTspice, so I would greatly appreciate it if anyone in the community could share a valid SPICE model file for the C3M0015065K, or point me to a reliable source where I can obtain it.
