Hi,

I need the PSpice model of CAS48012HM3 Power module. Could you please help me to find this model?

All SPICE models can now be found on our website at https://www.wolfspeed.com/tools-and-support/power/ltspice-and-plecs-models/

    Hi Ali,

We are currently reworking our SPICE model library and have LTspice models available for use. However, we have not yet developed the models to be compatible in PSpice. PSpice models will become available in the next few months.

I've included a CAS480M12HM3 model for use in LTspice, in case you would still find it useful. Our models are developed for and validated in LTspice. Even after the PSpice models are released, we recommend using our models in LTspice.

    Thanks,

    Brian

Thank you for your responce. Althogh this model works in LTSpice, but when we try to import the model into Ansys electronic desktop, Ansys could not interpret file contents. Could you give us an alternative model that could be imported to Ansys?

    Hi Ali,

The LTspice model I sent you is encrypted, so it cannot be imported to other software. We are working on VHDL versions of the model that will be compatible with Ansys, but it will also be a few months until they are ready. At this moment, LTspice is the only circuit-level simulator with our module models available.

    Thanks,

    Brian
