Wolfspeed provides these documents for informational purposes only. The end user must evaluate their press-in and press-out tooling as well as manufacturing procedures to ensure suitable process capability.

Typically, the press-in tool and press-out tool should be made of metal (ex. Aluminum). The supports may be made of plastic.

The typical tolerance of the press-in tool cavity depth (module substrate to PCB) is +0.0/-0.1 mm.

The use of locating fixturing is recommended to improve consistency. See the example press assembly included in this file package. Please note that the PCB components have been removed to reduce file size.
