The transfer characteristics of the Spice model do not match those described in the data sheet.

When I was conducting a DC scan on the C3M0040120KLT SPICE model, I found that the output characteristic curve of the simulation model could perfectly match the data sheet, but the transfer characteristic deviated significantly from the data sheet. Could you please explain what caused this?
Figure 1 shows the transfer characteristic curve at 25 degrees Celsius as presented in the data sheet. When Vgs is 12V, the corresponding Ids is 150A. Figure 2 shows the transfer characteristic curve obtained under DC scanning in LTspice. It can be seen that when Vgs is 12V, the corresponding Ids is 126A.The error value is approximately 16%. Figure 3 shows the schematic diagram of the DC scanning.
