Cree CRD200DA12E Documentation Package

Wolfspeed forum,

I have a research project that will utilize a new old stock Cree evaluation kit (CRD200DA12E). I was only given a document containing a few pages of overview of this evaluation kit.

Does anyone have the full documentation package for this evaluation kit? I'm especially interested in the gate drive circuit board and current & voltage sensor schematics.

The CRD200DA12E-XM3 (pictured below) is still an active part supported by Wolfspeed. Is this the hardware that you have? The schematics, bill of materials, and design files for this reference design can be downloaded here.

Thanks so much for your response. The development board we are experimenting with is an older generation. The development board was donated by a partner organization. I work for a research center within Michigan Technological University so we don't always have the funds to purchase the "latest/greatest" hardware to support our research.

We are working with the following part number. I added pictures below as well.

This design has been obsolete for many years, and I do not believe it went into full production, so our support for this design will be limited. I attached schematics for the design along with a startup guide. Please recognize that this documentation may not perfectly match your configuration; however, I hope these design files help you move forward with your project.
