Hello,

I am looking for a graph of CPM3-0650-0015A bare die SiC MOSFET's switching energies depending on drain current, drain-source voltage and Grid Resistance. Do you have this information available ?

I am also interested in an LTSpice model of the component, if you happen to have one.
