I want to measure the temperature of SiC MOSFET Module of this three phase inverter evaluation board. It has NTC pin. When I connect this two NTC pins (17,18) into the conditioning circuit (temperature sensing circuit), it shows fault in the gate driver side and huge current flows through the gate. What can be the issue? Can I use these NTC pins for temperature measurement? If so, please tell me how?

Are you connecting the NTC of a different SiC module than the one that the driver board came with? What fault indicators are on when you connected to the NTC pins? I believe this driver board comes with the CCS050M12CM2 module preinstalled.

I have CCS050M12CM2 module in the board. When I connect the two NTC pins to external temperature input, it shows fault in one phase (Phase A) and the gate driver current increases rapidly after connecting. I have attached the NTC pin in my board where I want to connect the external temperature input.

So if I understand correctly, you are trying to sense a temperature external to the module/driver assembly? Is this external temperature an NTC? Does the module/driver assembly work properly when you connect to the CCS050M12CM2 NTC pins?
