Where to buy CRD200DA23N-GMA

Hi,

I have two questions that needs your assistance.

1. My project is interested in purchasing the CRD200DA23N-GMA (200 kW three-phase inverter). Currently, Richardson RFPD appears to be the only sourcing option, but I have not received any response from them. I have also contacted sales via the website, yet have not gotten a reply. Could you please advise if this product is available for sourcing at all?
2. Additionally, we have a CRD25DA12N-FMC (25 kW three-phase inverter) that requires a Wolfpack power module replacement due to damage. Do you offer any repair services for this unit?

This is not a service we have historically offered, but if you were to acquire a replacement module, PRD-02302: Wolfspeed Wolfpack® Mounting Instructions & PCB Requirements User Guide (PDF) provides extensive guidance on how to press-out the old module and press-in a new module. You will also want to download the Example WolfPACK® Mounting Files (ZIP). The necessary fixture models for the press/in and press/out processes are included, along with an example press assembly for the CRD25DA12N-FMC. Next, you will want to fabricate the following files:

Press-Out

• Example Press Out Tool - Flat Press - FM and GM Modules – 3D Print
• Example Press Out Tool - Support Base - FM and GM Modules – Aluminum or High Percentage Infill 3D Print

Press-In

• FM Module Example Press In PCB Support – 3D Print
• FM Module Example Press In Tool - Al2O3 – Aluminum or High Percentage Infill 3D Print
