One customer is developing 13KW EV HVAC with our E3M0075120K. RD is concerned on the variability of ΔRDson and ΔVgsth after HTGS qualification testing which is critical to design reliability.

Would you kindly provide Variability Chart for Delta Rdson and Delta Vgsth after HIGH TEMP GATE SWITCHING (HTGS)?
