ALTIUM or Similar CAD FILEs for Power Module with Dies and Bondwire)

Dear all,

I would like to know if it possible to share or give me some support about how can i have an example of half-bridge power module with the multiple dies insides as well as bondwire connetions, busbar, material types, etc.

The CAD files that i found have only the external geometry of the power module (3D Step) and solid part (not electrical/electronic internal components).

I need this to study and evaluate parasitic elements in Q3D modeling and compare it with experimental outcomes.

Appreciate foward any support in this sense.
