I would like to enquire about the ground capacities of the CAS300M17BM2 module CD1 and CD2?

Hi Martin,

For the BM2 modules, the per-terminal baseplate capacitances (CD1, CD2, and C in the below image from the application note you referenced) are as follows:

 CD1 - 187 pF

CD2 – 271 pF

C – 103 pF

Please note that these values are from impedance analyzer measurements of a single module. The values for any individual BM2 module may vary slightly.
