I am trying to test CAB450M12XM3 using CGD12HBXMP, CGD12HB00D, own controller and own interface board, but I do not have performance data of SiC half bridge module.
If possible, can I get some data to determine if the SiC half bridge module is working correctly? such as pole voltage test data.
