Dear Wolfspeed Technicians,
I am about to use the module CAB450M12XM3 for circuit test, but I found that the data sheet did not introduce the turn-on time and turn-off time. What is the turn-on time and turn-off time of the SiC MOSFET in the module? I mean the approximate range, for example: more than ten nanoseconds? Hundreds of nanoseconds?
