Switching Energy for the C2M0040120D & C2M0080120D

I'm trying to make a LTspice simulation to get the switching energy of the C2M0040120D and C2M0080120D, but when I get the value, I have a difference of approximately x10 less than on the datasheets for both Mosfet. When I take a look at the VGS trace, I don't understand its shape.

I think the problem can be in the circuit or in the mosfet model, but I don't kown.
