Current Measurement On Speedval Half Bridge Motherboard

Good Day,

I am currently using the Speedval Half Bridge Motherboard as a synchronous boost converter connected to a power analyser and load. I notice that the current measurements on the GUI is not accurate when compared to the analyser. Is this to be expected or is there something on the board I should check? Thanks!
