LTspice model

I'd like to simulation discrete SiC MOSFET in LTspice.

So I download the spice model from Wolfspeed website.

And then I runed it.

I want to see the third-quadrant behavior. so I put "Level =3" in the model.

However, it looks like body didoe operating. The "level" values does not effect the mosfet behavior.

Could you explain how to solve this one?
